Xtreme Craze Employment

 

We offer a competitive pay system which includes a bi-weekly customer satisfaction driven incentive program. This allows employees to earn as much as three dollars per hour above minimum wage in addition to other bonuses related to Exceeding Customer Expectations.

All employees are cross-trained on all staff positions. You may be assigned particular positions more frequently than others.

STAFF POSITION: (staff will perform all of the following)

Front Counter/Registration Staff:
This position greets customers, operates the laser tag game control system, assists customers with their laser tag and CrazyZone registration and sign-up. Rings out customer transactions.

Redemption/Arcade Technician:
This position assists customers with their prize selection, stocks and maintains prizes. They are also responsible for assisting customers in the game arcade while providing game maintenance including loading tickets, fixing problems and maintaining cleanliness throughout the games area.

Laser-tag Marshall:
This position briefs and trains customers on the use of the equipment as well as coaches, facilitates, and referees the laser tag games.

Craze Cafe Attendant:
This position makes and bakes pizza, serves customers various menu items, assists hosts and hostesses tending to parties, and operates the point-of-sale (cash register) in the sale of food products.

CrazyZone Attendant:
This position supervises, assists, and interacts with kids in the inflatable zone to ensure safety by enforcing the inflatable zone rules while also ensuring the areas cleanliness.

Party Host/Hostess:

This position is responsible for attending to the needs of an assigned group party. They maintain the flow of the party, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure Xtreme Craze is the premier party destination.

MANAGEMENT POSITIONS:

Assistant Manager:
This position is currently part-time, with full-time potential. This person assists in the management and operation of the Xtreme Craze facility including directing and supervising staff to provide exceptional customer service. The responsibilities of an Assistant Manager include opening and closing the facility, technical operations related to arcade games and laser tag equipment, cash handling, as well as performing staff duties.
