Simply invite your guests to enjoy our family entertainment Center and we'll contribute to your worthy cause!

 

How Our Unique Fundraising Program Works

  • Sponsor a 4 hour time frame to host your event on any available Wednesday.

          NOTE: Fundraisers are not held on holidays or during vacation weeks.

  • A representative must attend the event to assist in its coordination. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your event.

  • Pass out our fundraising flyers to family, friends co-workers, school mates, and more. Talk it up! This is a great opportunity to raise money for your organization and treat yourself to a good time - the more you promote the event, the more your organization will benefit.

  • Based on the amount of revenue generated from Laser Tag and Crazy Zone sales, up to 33% of the proceeds get donated directly to your cause.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Suggestions to help make your Fundraiser a HUGE success!

  • Pass out the flyer we send you or make your own. Please be sure to list that we strongly recommend reservations. 

  • Make announcements at your group's next meeting.

  • Spread the word before and after school with flyers, posters and your voice!

  • Insert the flyer into your group's newsletter.

  • Post an eye-catching sign on your bulletin board with flyers nearby.

  • Send email blasts at least 48 hours before event.

  • Post information on your groups Facebook page.

  • Invite a special guest to be the greeter the night of your event.

  • Post information on local community calendars.

Steps to Planning a Fundraiser at XtremeCraze

  1. Choose 3 Wednesday's that will fit your schedule to hold a fundraiser at XtremeCraze. Please plan at least One Month out.

  2. Fill out our online Fundraiser Application. (see below) Remember to choose 3 possible dates in order of preference.

  3. We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your event.

  4. Start passing out flyers immediately. The more notice you give attendees, the better the turnout.

  5. One week prior to your event, please confirm estimated number of attendees for staffing purposes.

And now for the Fine Print...

Only one fundraising event may be hosted per organization within a 6 month period.

The fundraising event is a charitable donation program, not a discount.

XtremeCraze reserves the right to select the organizations we choose to support.

Please note that we require the sponsoring organization to have representatives attending the event to assist in its coordination.
