What should I wear to play laser tag?

Laser tag is a sport! We recommend that you dress comfortably and wear closed toed shoes. It can also get warm in the arena since you will be wearing a laser tag vest for up to 25 minutes.

 

Do I have to fill out a waiver to play laser tag?

Yes, every laser tag player is required to fill out a waiver.  The waiver is filled out electronically on premise at a self-serve check-in kiosk. The waiver is short & simple and can be filled out by the laser tag player.

 

What is the age limit to play laser tag?

We recommend players to be at least 7 years old. Although we have the most advanced and lightest vests in the industry, players still need to be able to wear the vest for up to 30 minutes and use the phaser with 2 hands. On the other hand, you are never too old to enjoy laser tag. It brings out the kid in all of us!

 

What is a session of laser tag?

At LaserCraze we play laser tag in sessions. Each session is made up of four back-to-back 5 minute games. This gives players the opportunity to enjoy 4 new games starting with zero points and the ability to come up with new strategies to conquer their opponents!

 

Can I make a reservatin to play laser tag?

Yes, reservations are highly recommended! We do ask for a $5 deposit per player to hold your spot in a session. The deposit is not refundable, but is transferable and can be used for any LaserCraze services or products.

 

CrazyZone Bounce Houses

What is the age limit to bounce?

Crazy bouncers must be 10 years of age or younger.

 

How long is the CrazyZone wristband good for?

A CrazyZone wristband is good for the whole business day for which the wristband was purchased.

 

Bounce house rules?

All bounce house participants must wear socks at all times.

A parent/guardian must sign a paper waiver for all bouncers.

Parent/guardian supervision is required at all times.

Parties

Do I need to put down a deposit to book a party?

Yes, we require a $50 deposit to hold your party time. The deposit is not refundable, but is transferable if you need to change your party date or time up to 3 days prior to your party date.

 

Can I get Invitations/ Thank You cards:

We have both online and printable invitations and thank you cards. You may also feel free to come into LaserCraze and we will print them out for you. Please click here for invitations and thank you cards.

 

Can I bring in outside food and drinks?

Unfortunately, we do not allow outside food or drinks, except for a party dessert. Cake, cupcakes and ice cream can be brought in and stored for you on the day of your event.

 

What if all of my party guests do not show up?

Our party packages start at a minimum of 10 guests, including the guest of honor. If you will not have the same amount of guests your party is reserved for, please notify us immediately. You will still be charged for a minimum of 10 guests, but will receive all tokens and laser tag passes for paid guests.

 

What happens when people arrive late?

Please encourage all party guests to arrive ontime. The laser tag portion of your party will not wait for all guests to arrive. The laser tag will start 15 minutes after your parties start time.

 

Will my party be the only ones in the laser tag arena?

No, the laser tag arena is not exclusive to your party. We schedule 2 parties per hour on the hour. It is very likely that you will have another party as well as other players in the arena with you. It makes the game that much more fun!
