Important Party Notes

Parties that include laser-tag will play as a group in laser-tag sessions open to the public.

The CrazyZone is open to the public for all birthday parties.

A $50 Non-Refundable Deposit is required at time of booking.

Cash, Visa, Mastercard American Express and Discover and American Express are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.

Payment in full is due the day of the party.

Outside food is not allowed except for cake and ice cream.

We ask that you book on the high side regarding number of guests as there is limited space in the laser tag arena.

A final guest count is due 3 days prior to your party date.

If the number of party guests is more than originally booked, please call immediately to check if extra space is available.

Parties are booked on a first-reserve basis. We recommend booking three to four weeks in advance.

It is very important to arrive for your party on time! Guests arriving late may miss the laser tag portion of the party.

All guests will be required to complete a computer sign-in waiver for laser tag.

A parent or guardian is required to sign a paper waiver for CrazyZone parties. Waivers can be found online.

Seating is guaranteed for paid party guests only.

We do not allow glitter, confetti, face paint, or silly string.
About Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in party pricing. Gratuities are graciously accepted for outstanding service and will be shared among the entire staff working during the time of your party.
